We want to be your solution for your home or office electronics. We not only love our jobs but we also love the industry. Our passion for technology makes the Hi-Tide Solutions experience seamless and hassle free.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
With Hi-Tide Solutions, we created a company that provides a personalized service, for our industry, that didn't exist in our area. The focus of our company is the experience that all our clients would receive, no matter how large or small the project.
We also offer a referral program that provides $95.00 of free service for each referral that we receive even if the referral doesn't choose to use our company.
This begins with promptly scheduling a free consultation. In this meeting, we listen to the client's needs and help them determine a realistic budget. Then we design a system that meets those needs, within that budget.
- Presenting the design, answering any questions, or making any changes that the client requests.
- Supplying convenient payment methods, Check, Credit Card, Visa, or American Express.
- Performing the service in a timely manner for the customer.
- Making sure that the installation is clean, quick, professional, and complete.
Upon the completion of the installation, an orientation is given to our client. The orientation gives the client a number that can be called anytime for questions. Within two weeks of the installation a follow up call is made to the client is satisfied with their experience.
